1How long does a NetSuite implementation take?
It depends on how many entities you have, how much data you bring and what has to connect to NetSuite. After the discovery call you get a written scope with a timeline, within two days. Our free guide on NetSuite implementation cost and timeline explains where projects usually slip.
2What does a NetSuite implementation cost?
We do not sell NetSuite licenses, so our fee covers the implementation work only. It is quoted in writing as a project price before we start, so there are no surprises.
3Another firm implemented our NetSuite badly. Can you rescue it?
Usually, yes. We start with a read-only review and list what is wrong in order of damage. We then fix it in your live account and test each change against the ledger. Starting over is the last resort, and we will tell you honestly if you are there.
4Are you an Oracle NetSuite partner?
No. Hundred MS is an independent firm. We do not sell NetSuite licenses or modules, so our advice is never tied to selling you more software.
5Will you stay after the system goes live?
Yes, if you want us to. Many clients keep us on to run the month-end close inside the system we built. That is also why we build it carefully.
6Can you migrate our data from QuickBooks or Sage?
Yes. We migrate to NetSuite from QuickBooks, Sage and other systems, and tie every balance out to the old system before go-live.
